I made it out to the 360 loop access point and ran up to Spyglass today. According to the trail map, it’s a 5 mile total run. It was fun, and I was way fast on the first leg. For some insane reason, I decided to run twice today. Since I went to bed at 8:15 last night, I got up way early today. I wasn’t wanting to drive my car, so I decided to run from my apartment through the woods to walnut creek park and back. I fell, twice and got lost once. Along the way, I stopped at the shell gas station and got an energy bar. I may need to switch from Clif bars to this detour stuff. It …

I got stuck at work late last night talking to a client and didn’t get a chance to get out to run until late in the day. So, semi-inspired by Catra and her night run, I figured, what the heck, and took off for a late run through the woods near my apartment.

Today, I went out to the Town Lake hike and bike trail. I went running with Leslito again. Dunno why I went, I should’ve taken a rest day, but I figured it would be flat terrain and so it should be an easy run. Well, it was a zoo out there today. They were finishing up the Silicon Labs marathon relay so there were tons of people running around and so on and so forth. Plus, it was hotter than a mug out there.
