Slightly disappointed

I’m slightly disappointed that I am going to miss my mark for running in the 10k this coming up Sunday.  Looks like I’ll have to just wait until later this summer to run in a different 10k.  I still plan on running a 30k in the late summer, to cap off the running season.

Today’s swim

I swam 1500 yards today.  It took me about 30 minutes to complete the swim, so it was all in all a pretty good swim.  I think that the best part of the afternoon, was when I weighed myself before my swim.  I weighed 5 lbs less than I did last week.  Following Paul McKenna’s [...]
