Had a good swim today!  I had an even better weigh in though.  I got on the scale, and put it to where it was last week but it didn’t move.  Then I put the weight on what it was on Monday, and the scale still didn’t move.  I kept sliding the little thing to the left, more, more and more until it finally budged.  Basically, so far I’ve lost 15 lbs and counting.

In what I hope to make more than a rare occurance, I went swimming for the second time this week today.  I felt great in the water today.
After Monday’s swim, I had pretty much resigned to the fact that I was not going to swim the Cap2k.  I felt like I was way too out of shape.

I swam for about 1500 yards on Monday.  I’m happy to report, that I’ve maintained my weight loss from last week, eventhough I wasn’t quite as committed to the plan as I had been.  Alls well that ends well though since I plan on kicking it up a notch.  Here are the stats for today’s swim:
700 swim, broken by 25s but trying to maintain the same pace throughout
700 swim, broken by 50s, in the same fashion as above.
100 easy.

Just wanted to mention that so far, since implementing the “I can make you thin” method, I’ve lost 9lbs.

I went swimming yesterday and had a great swim.  Loves the swimming.  There was another guy there and he was all fast and trying to pick a race with me.  It was funny.  I raced him for a bit, just enough to show that we were evenly matched and then he backed away from trying to race me.  The thing is, when I’m lighter and have less mass to push through the water, I’ll race him again and I’ll prolly beat the snot out of him.  HA!
