I got on the treadmill today. Michelle and I had talked about doing the spin class, but I was just too uncomfortable on that bike. The problem, is that my gut was hitting my legs whenever I pedaled, so it was very uncomfortable.

Yesterday, after I took my son back to his mom’s, I went out to Town Lake for a run. I decided to run the 4 mile loop on the east side of I-35.
The loop goes from I-35, out to Longhorn Dam, over the Dam, up Pleasant Valley Rd, then along Lakeshore Blvd, up to Riverside Dr, then back to I-35. I think the temperature was somewhere near 100 degrees, and I didn’t get started on trail until about 6:30 pm.
