I gotta tellya, I like the YMCA.
I like the elliptical machines that they have there, and I also like the treadmills. I think my favorite thing about the whole experience, are the big ol flat screen plasma TVs that they have right in front of the equipment.

Yeah, I was lazy last week and didn’t run at all. I was busy with junk and I didn’t make the time to go run. I have no excuse and no reason other than I just didn’t do it.
I also just realized that I missed the sign up event for the Team in Training. Now, tomorrow I need to call them and try to find out if I can still partake in it. Regardless, I need to get my behind in gear and run pretty much every day until San …

I went out to hill of life yesterday for a late run. I went down the hill, down part of the power line loop, then up to overlook.

OK, so I mentioned a while back that I would make the determination to go for the full or the half marathon in San Antonio based on my run for this weekend. I have come to the conclusion that in San Antonio, I will run the:

On Monday night, I made it out to the Barton Creek Greenbelt, aka BCG for a rare evening run. It was a very pleasant day, with a nice temperature of about 90 degrees.
I gotta tellya, I love running in the BCG. Monday, was no exception.
