I posted on twitter that I’d found some cool people that were working on losing weight, and got a reply back from a guy that wanted to join that club because he wanted some support.  I’d been thinking about creating a fitness/ weight loss mastermind group so I put two and two together, and decided to start this club.

What’s the club?

The club will be a support and motivation group. I’m still up in the air about a format etc. but for the time being, here’s the deal:

• Weekly mastermind type call, approximately 1 hour of duration.
• We’ll all support each other as we progress towards our weight loss targets.
• Everyone in the club gets a recording of the calls so they can listen to them later.

What’s this going to cost?

Nothing for now, but that may change, let’s just see how it goes. I only have a limited number of seats on my conference call bridge, so if I have to have more than 1 group I may need to charge something, but this inaugural group will be free.

How do I join?

All you have to do to join is fill out the form below with your name and primary email address.

I promise I won’t spam you, I won’t sell/ give away your information or send you the latest weight loss this, that or the other. I’ll only send you official club communications, like the dial in number, where to get the recordings, an occasional motivational video or quote.

For the record, you don’t have to be fat or a trail runner to join

Are there any bonuses for joining?

Sure, last year, I interviewed a friend of mine after he ran the Hard Rock 100 mile run, if you sign up I’ll give you that recording for free.
